Getting Your Puzzle to You — Carefully.
Shipping
We ship throughout the United States. Every order is carefully packaged to protect your puzzle and its premium packaging during transit.
Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days.
Complimentary shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update.
International: We do not currently ship internationally. We hope to expand soon — join our newsletter to be the first to know.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Peauze puzzle. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Unopened products: We accept returns of unopened, unused puzzles within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or defective items: If your puzzle arrives damaged or you discover missing pieces, please reach out to us at hello@peauze.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.
To start a return: Email hello@peauze.com with your order number. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
Please note: Opened puzzles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective. Gift cards are non-refundable.
