What makes Peauze puzzles different?

Every Peauze puzzle features curated fine art printed on premium-weight board with a velvety matte finish. Our packaging is designed to feel like a collectible — linen-textured boxes with foil-stamped details and a full-size reference print included. We are not just making puzzles; we are crafting a ritual.

How many pieces are your puzzles?

Our current collection features 1,000-piece puzzles. Each puzzle includes a reference print to guide your experience.

What are the dimensions of a completed puzzle?

Our 1,000-piece puzzles measure approximately 20 x 27 inches when completed — a size that works beautifully for framing.

Can I frame my completed puzzle?

Absolutely — and we encourage it. Our puzzles are designed to be display-worthy. A standard 20 x 27 inch frame works perfectly. We recommend using puzzle glue on the back before framing for a clean, permanent finish.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Our packaging is already designed to feel like a gift. The linen-textured box, foil details, and premium presentation mean you can hand it over as-is — no wrapping needed.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5 to 7 business days after that. We offer free shipping on orders over $75.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unopened puzzles within 14 days of delivery. If your puzzle arrives damaged or has missing pieces, email us at hello@peauze.com and we will make it right. See our Shipping and Returns page for full details.

My puzzle is missing a piece. What do I do?

We know the heartbreak. Email us at hello@peauze.com with your order number and a photo of the completed puzzle, and we will send a replacement.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — but it is on our roadmap. Sign up for The Sunday Morning Journal (our newsletter) and you will be the first to know when we expand.

Do you do corporate or bulk orders?

We love thoughtful gifting. For corporate orders, custom collaborations, or bulk inquiries, please reach out to hello@peauze.com and we will work with you to create something special.
